Precision Spine & Wellness Clinic in Rockville, Maryland is owned by Dr. Michael Kebede who has more than 7 years of experience in the medical industry. With his experience, knowledge, and desire to help others as our guide, we are confident that we can successfully achieve our goal of improving people’s lives through high-quality chiropractic care and nutritional consultation.

Mission Statement

To put it simply, our clinic aims to help people achieve true health and wellness through our medical services.

Biography

Dr. Michael graduated with academic honors (cum laude) from Life University in Atlanta. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (pre-med) from the University of Tampa Florida and a Master of Science degree (Biomedical) from Kingston University in London (UK). Dr. Michael has pursued extensive postgraduate studies in Activator Methods, cold laser, nutrition, and advanced chiropractic adjusting protocols.

Dr. Michael was a professional soccer player. He is committed to providing thorough, gentle and effective chiropractic care for the whole family. This includes the Webster Technique for babies and pregnant women.

Chiropractic Education

To receive the Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) designation, candidates must complete 4 academic years of doctorate-level education. For the first 2 years, this education largely mirrors medical school with classes covering anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, pathology, radiology, and diagnosis.

Chiropractors take more units in neurology than general practitioners. The chiropractic education diverges from the medical education since they study adjustive techniques rather than pharmacology and surgery.

Chiropractors must complete an internship and pass the National Board Examinations prior to being licensed by the state. Doctors of Chiropractic are licensed to practice in all 50 states and make up the third largest licensed health care provider group in the United States.
